Tinkerer’s heaven
One of the things that’s difficult about living in Hong Kong — especially if you come from Canada, Australia or the US — is not having a garage or a basement where you can work on things, or close the door and simply escape.
That may be one of the reasons I enjoy my studio, on those occasions when I get the urge (and the time) to take on a project like this.
It also may be why this idea, from Guy Kawasaki’s blog, seems like a lot of fun. It’s like shop class for big kids…
